No Token or Smart Card Required Pay With Smartphones Metro Rentals

To travel on the metro airport line, a token or smart card will not be required from September 16. Smartphones can be paid by rent.
The DMRC is going to start the facility of rent payment by scanning the QR code on all six stations of this line. The traveler has to download the Ridler Mobile (RIDLR) mobile app on his smart phone for this. To make a ticket with a QR code, the passenger does not need to go to the station. Whenever he can make a ticket with a QR code from one station to the destination station, through the Ridler app on his phone.

However, it must be used on that same day. The QR code will not be valid next day. Two AFC (Automatic Fair Collection) gates have been installed for the entrance and exit of the DMRC by scanning the QR code at each station. DMRC was trying to trace it for the last three months.

How to Pay rent

After starting the journey and choosing the destination station, the fare will be seen on the mobile screen. After this, clicking on the option will link the debit or credit card. After this a ticket with a QR code will be generated. On the screen of the mobile, that QR code will be shown at the newly opened AFC gate during entry and exit.
